Roundup: Apple iPhone 7, ZTE Nubia, OnePlus 2, Xiaomi Mi Max, Lenovo Phab 2 Phones, and More

This wrap up will a cover a handful of entries for the past few days of writing. Let me start with the most awaited Apple iPhone 7. While the new version of iOS started to knock for the latest update, leaked photos of the blockbuster handset continue to stir the Web. Some fans and followers are even thinking of an inductive charging enabled version. However, nobody from Apple confirmed those exciting stories. And I also tried to cover a story on how to run a typical Android app in iOS environment through a protective gear.

Those stories related to Apple's devices is followed by ZTE Nubia Z11 Max. Another line of dual-SIM enabled handset with Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 octa-core CPU. It is also equipped with 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of flash storage. And that is joined by Meizu Charm Blue Note 3 handset with MediaTek's Helio X10 chip.

While highlighting those other Chinese smartphones, the Japanese flagship started to invade the neighboring markets. Sony Xperia X-Series along with Z5 is now available in Sony's official store in Taiwan and it is also expected to arrive in Hong Kong few weeks from now.

I have a new entry for 2-in-1 and convertible tablets, the Intel Skylake 6Y30 powered Teclast X3 Pro. A new 11.6-inch handheld machine treated with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of solid-state drive (SSD) storage. And I consider this as one of those powerful tablets coming from Chinese brands.

Following the appearances of Ulephone P8000 Android phone, a 5-inch Ulephone P6000 is also available for less than $150. The smallest and low-cost model packed with MediaTek's MT6763 octa-core chip. It is joined by OnePlus 2, another elegant Chinese handset with Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 octa-core CPU, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of eMMC storage. And here comes the Xiaomi Mi Max handset with another elegant-looking structure powered by another Qualcomm 64-bit processor.

Aside from those brands, Cubot Note S is not too late to join the 5.5-inch Android smartphones in the global market. Its another low-cost handset treated with MediaTek's MT6580 quad-core chip, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of storage.

And I spotted the smaller variant of Jumper EZBook 2 equipped with Intel Atom X5-Z8300 chip, the Jumper EZPad 5S. An 11.6-inch convertible machine treated with the same line of CPU, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of SSD storage.

Next to Dell Inspiron 15 7000 Series in Best Buy, I also spotted the ASRock DeskMini 110 compacted PC from a series of review. And the first of its kind to sport the new Mini-STX chipset and other promising specs.

To think of car chargers for mobile devices, Tronsmart Quick Charger 3.0 has been added to the list of important travel buddies aside from Pineng PN-983, Vinsic Iron P6, Xiaomi's ZMI HB810, and Romoss Sense 6 Plus universal power banks.

Lenovo is not too late to introduce their very own new line of Phab smartphones packed with Google Tango app. And maybe, as closest competitor of Asus ZenFone 3, that list of 6.4-inch dual-SIM enabled handsets are the Phab 2 (standard model), Phab 2 Plus, and the Phab 2 Pro.

Join me as I continue my quest for another wave of stories about the upcoming smartphones and gadgets from the wild.
