Asus Introduces a Sleek and Thin Intel Core i-Series Powered ZenBook 3

Asus introduces their very own MacBook-like machine at Computex 2016 in Taipei, Taiwan. ZenBook 3 will surely ignite the rivalry of the two tech giants to manufacture a super-slim machines with almost similar specs. This new and elegant 910-gram ultra-portable computer is much thinner compared to Apple's MacBook Air according to reports.

Furthermore, ZenBook 3 is a compacted machine in a metallic elegant-looking aluminum case and it is lighter compared to MacBook line with only 11.9mm thickness. In terms of price, the base specs will cost the prospect buyer of about $1,000.00 up to $2,000.00 for Intel Core i7 powered model with the highest memory and storage capacity.

For available variants, the cheapest model is equipped with Intel Core i5 (quad-core) processor, 4GB of memory, and 256GB of solid-state drive (SSD) storage. Buyer can also choose an upgraded model (for 256GB SSD storage) with the same RAM and other underlying specs for about $1,500.00. And maybe, Asus will also give a good prices for either 8GB or 16GB of memory upgrade.

In addition, the price of Intel Core i7 powered model with standard 16GB of RAM and 1TB of SSD storage will start at about $2,000.00 only. And these prices are all reasonable for a Microsoft Windows 10 machines compared to MacBook Air. For my own verdict, these ZenBook computers are ideal for resources-heavy graphic applications, software development (for programming), and as a powerful gaming rig for massive PC player.

However, for now, no words for its other underlying devices aside fro CPU, RAM, and storage, but it is possible for this line of ZenBook to sport an Intel HD graphic chips.
