Motorola 4G LTE-Enabled Moto G is Now Available for $219 Only

Prior to the appearances of Motorola Moto G in Best Buy and its anticipated Google Play Edition, a 4G LTE-enabled model is now available in Amazon for $219.00 only. And guess what, it is also available in Motorola's official Web store for pre-order. This might be the newest line of the said 4.5-inch handset with the same underlying specs compared to the previously reported model.

According to reports, aside from being a 4G LTE-enabled device, Motorola Moto G has a few shortcomings in terms of storage capacity and screen size compared to what we can get from Samsung Android phones. Probably, to compete with other brands, the company decided to embrace the Android 4.4 (KitKat) platform to stay on the game.

And for other specs of Motorola Moto G, see the following list below:
  • CPU: Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8926 A7 at 1.2GHz (quad-core)
  • Memory: 1GB or 2GB
  • Display: 4.5-inch high-definition (HD) with 1280 x 720-pixel resolution
  • Storage: 8GB (with Micro-SD card slot that supports a maximum of 32GB of extra space)
  • Operating System: Android 4.4 (KitKat)
  • Camera: 5-megapixel (main) and 1.2-megapixel (front)
  • Connectivity: 2G, 3G HSPA+, and 4G (in selected network providers)
  • Battery: 2070mAh
Having a quad-core processor paired with 1GB or 2GB of memory is already enough to support its 4G connectivity. However, it is good to think of other specs that could possibly change your mind in buying a $200.00 smartphone.

Before I can forget, buyer can also choose to own an unlocked 16GB model in a much higher prices. And U.S. Cellular started to offer a $100.00 model (not a 4G LTE-enabled device) way back in February.
