What do you expect from HTC One M8 Android phone?

Going back in December of 2013, a red HTC One is debuted in Hong Kong. Following the appearances of the said model in Chinese stores, some folks are talking about the possible plan of the Taiwan-based company to introduce an M8 version without a prior notice. This might be the closest competitor of Samsung Galaxy S5 which recently appeared in WMC 2014 in Barcelona along with Sony Xperia Z series.

However, the appearances of Goophone M8 in a Chinese website stir a little controversy about the exact name of the said Android phone from Taiwan. The other brand is probably a cloned version of HTC One M8 with no significant difference in terms of outside appearance. But according to reports, both are treated with the same MediaTek MT6595 CPU, a true octa-core chip typically designed for smartphones.

Furthermore, reports coming from Engadget Chinese noted that the said HTC One M8 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 (Krait) quad-core processor at 2.3GHz. Compared to Samsung Galaxy S5, both are treated with the same underlying processing technology and a major difference in terms of storage capacity.

HTC One M8 has a promising dual-lens main along with 5-megapixel front facing cameras. Featuring a Sense 6 technology and other advancements for totally unique user experience. And I am previously expecting an eight-core processor in a compacted device which turn to be a real quad-core chip. The only thing remains unchanged is the Android 4.4 (KitKat) operating system.

In addition, HTC One M8 might have an upcoming Google Play Edition just like of Nexus smartphone. And its availability in other regions is about to follow in different range of prices. Be careful for any cloned version in stores with a very affordable and teasing prices!
