HP 8 Android Tablet is Now Available for About $170 Only!

Surprisingly, after the appearances of HP 8 Android tablet in World Mobile Congress (WMC) in Barcelona, Spain, the company website offers the 7.85-inch machine for about $170.00 only. According to ZDNet, prices of its predecessors is dropping upon the arrival of the newest model. HP's Slate 7 is now available for about $150.00 which debuted in global market last year.

HP 8 Android tablet will replaced Slate 7 and they are probably planning to discontinue the production of the old model. However, the newest version offers a low-end specs compared to other well-known brands in stores. This might be their reason to sell a budget-friendly and affordable machines with Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) operating system.

Unlike of those smartphones with Android 4.4 (KitKat) platforms that appeared in WMC 2014, HP 8 runs the older version of Google's operating system. And for specs and other details, see the following list below:
