A contract-free and low-cost 4.5-inch smartphone is now available in U.S. Cellular for $99.99 only. The first of its kind to sport an Android 4.4 (KitKat) platform in a very affordable prices. From about $180.00, the store offers a discounted model for an 8GB model with the same specs to the previously reported handset that appeared in Best Buy as well in Google Play Store.
