LG Officially Announced Optimus L II Series with Knock Standard Feature

Smartphone manufacturers continue to innovate by adding and enhancing features in most of their upcoming products. And that is to stay on the game by giving the best treatments they can offer to billion of users around the globe. LG officially announced that "Knock" feature is now the company standard. Allowing first the Optimus L II Series to showcase the unique functionality.

Update for old LG Optimus L Series will become available by the month of January as mentioned in a press release coming South Korea. Knock is also available in LG's 8.3-inch G Pad tablets as well in G Flex curved handset.

The company also introduce this unique feature in the first wave of G2 smartphones which enable user to tap twice the screen in turning on the device. However, the power button is actually located at the back side of the handset. A more convenient way to operate in a button-less like gadget. And now, they are changing the way to unlock the entire system by giving an extra feature coming from the company initiative.

Knock is also capable of locking the entire handset as its reverse function. This feature is quite similar to the common steps on how to lock and unlock a smartphone through a typical button.

  • Optimus L1 II Dual
  • Optimus L7 II Dual
  • Optimus L5 II Dual
  • Optimus L3 II
  • Optimus L3 II Dual
Furthermore, Knock is also available in LG 5.5-inch G Pro Lite handset which are now available in the global market. Most of the above Optimus L II Series will come with different underlying specs and performance but expected to have a common feature.

And before I can forget, aside from Knock, these upcoming handsets are also expected to receive an Android 4.3 updates.
