Giada F300 MiniPC with Intel Core i5-4200U Processor

Imagine a desktop computer with a size smaller than a car stereo amplifier. A small machine with underlying power similar to a typical PC. And that is available in Giada F300 miniPC! It is powered by a built-in Intel Core i5-4200U (Haswell) processor (dual-core and multi-thread) running at the top speed of 2.6GHz (3MB cache). The latest line of Intel energy saving chip but with a promising performance as noted by reviews.

Furthermore, Giada F300 is also packed with a built-in Intel HD Graphics 4400 1GHz graphics. Although it is not complete aside from having a mainboard, CPU and GPU, its entire housing supports a maximum of 8GB DDR3 RAM (only available in one memory slot), 2.5-inch SATA storage, video and audio out, four USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports. It is also designed to support a MiniPCIe for Wi-Fi chip.

Another expected variant of Giada F300 is an Intel Bay Trail-D Celeron J1850 powered model, the F310. However, there is no words for its availability and pricing details. Giada is a Chinese-owned company, a pioneering manufacturer of miniPC in Asia.

In addition, Giada F300 and F310 are both designed to be a power efficient machine in a small aluminum case. Giada i35B-BR001 with Intel Atom D2550 and GMA 3650 is currently available in NewEgg.Com for $135.99 only.
