Asus TD300LA Ultrabook with Either Windows or Android OS

Mobile Geeks from Germany spotted an upcoming new line of hybrid computer from Asus. The unknown TD300LA Ultrabook, a two-in-one machine with either Windows 8.1 or Android operating systems. This might be the first hybrid laptop with dual-boot capability as noted by a reliable source. However, nobody knows the exact name of this machine aside from a short details recovered from Zauba and GFX Benchmark databases.

Asus TD300LA will become available with either Intel Core i3-4020Y (with 1.5GHz speed) or Intel Core i7-4610Y (with 1.7GHz speed) processors. Both of these are made of dual-core technology from Intel Haswell line of microchips. A possible low-powered machine with a closer look to this year's Asus T100TA hybrid computer or with Asus Transformer Book T300LA.

Furthermore, Asus TD300LA could have a lot of difference in terms of performance because of the newest chips. And we must expect a convertible machine but not a budget-friendly one as expected. Just like of its predecessors, most of these Asus hybrid computers has a higher price compared to Acer, Lenovo, Dell, and even from several notebook of Sony.

In addition, this would come with 11.6-inch screen and 1366 x 768-pixel high-definition (HD) resolution. Has a well improved WXGA panel powered by a built-in Intel HD GPU. Other specs includes a gigabyte Wi-Fi support, Bluetooth 4.0, and 128GB (or up) SSD storage.

The good thing is, Asus is planning to announce TD300LA few days from now in Consumers Electronic Shows (CES) 2014 in Las Vegas, Nevada. And extending buyer's experience to have a dual-boot hybrid computer that includes an Android platform as an option.
