Matrix One $90 Tablet Shipment Problem and Suspension of Orders

Due to some undisclosed issue, Matrix One recently announce that consumers who recently placed their orders will receive their $90.00 tablet not in the exact schedule of shipment. According to Engadget, the distributor of Android-powered slate is having a few issue to resolved with the customs. Aside from that, the manufacturer also decided to accept incoming orders because of some other problem.

Furthermore, the management of Matrix One officially announce their apologizing statement for their concerned customers. It is true that they are currently working to make the shipment go back to the right track as soon as possible. This few inconveniences is also common to other products, right? However, it is good to hear that they are giving a public apology ahead of time after of what happened.

Matrix One pre-order started way back in August. And pre-ordered products are now headed to those folks who already placed their orders online or in any recognized outlet of the company.
