Asus Eee PC 1201NL with NVidia ION, Reviewed

Asus Eee PC 1201NL is the first netbook which recently showed-out in India got the first NVidia ION graphics treatment. We already heard this machine as early of January of this year as well its appearances in European countries recently. While other regions might already have the chance to make a sneak for this Asus Eee PC model, Tech Tree from India already made a full-detailed review of 1201NL.

One of our surprise, while other 12-inches notebook computers starts to make their way to Intel's CULV processors, this model seems to enjoy using a quite sluggish Intel Atom N270 which is common in most of previous netbook models before of N450 and N470 powered machines. But, one of its unique features, just like what we have mentioned before, its overall design was supported by NVidia ION graphics.

According to review, it shows a much efficient battery performance with a much brighter screen compared to other notebook models display and it was added with HDMI support which is not available in 1201T model.

Other specs for Asus Eee PC 1201NL notebook that appeared to Tech Tree review includes a Windows XP operating system, 160GB of hard disk drive, and with a 1GB of memory. In addition, according to reports from other source, it is better for gaming because of its 3D supports. And it is also optimized to for 720-pixels video playback as the result of graphics benchmark testing.
