KDE 4.4 Linux Plasma Netbook shell was reportedly designed to maximize its performance in netbook computers. It is equipped with a full-screen apps with a search tools but it has a small screen which will fit to your mini-laptops display. KDE 4.4 posses a desktop environment rather than a complete distribution of Linux and according to Liliputing, it will work in popular other platforms like Fedora, Ubuntu, PCLinuxOS, as well in Mandriva but will vary base on each version.
It has a complete enhanced environment from its popular predecessors to supports most of applications for its users and it is completely designed for netbooks.
