Dell Mini 5 Impressive Prototype Previewed

Dell Mini 5 prototype has been previewed by Engadget recently showing its teasing design and impressive performance. This 4.8-inches wide tablet which sports a native 800 x 600-pixels resolution seems to join the list of tablets supported by Snapdragon chipset and runs Google's Android system and apps soon. Just like with 7-inches Archos 5 which is scheduled to launched in March. According to source, Dell Mini 5 prototype is running Android 1.6 but will come with a new operating system later.

Furthermore, although we cannot expect too much for this upcoming tablet, according to Liliputing, it has a limited video codecs support but base on previous reports, this will join the list of tablet that will support Flash videos and other multimedia files like Adam Notion and Archos 5. It is pretty similar to smartphones in terms of size and it is also designed to support calls. It is also equipped with 3G connectivity but no words for official released date yet.
